Turnaround times may vary as each item is made to order. We aim to have your items with you as quickly as possible. If you require your item(s) urgently, please let us know at point of ordering and we will endeavour to accommodate your request.

All items are handmade with love and therefore may contain small variations or imperfections.

Refunds / returns will not be accepted on orders once your item has been made as they are made to order. No refunds / returns will be accepted if you change your mind upon receipt / after confirming your choices as items are custom made.

If there is a manufacturers fault with your product, please contact us as soon as you receive your item(s) and we will endeavor to rectify this as quickly as possible.
